Arrow is an ideology.The ideology is Punch a granny, slap a child, offend a priest , Break the law, drink like no tomorrow, dance and party.

But seriously it's a TWG fed that is going to be fun and active. I am more focused on fun when it come to the fed so if you are active and like RPing or having fun Arrow would be perfect for you.
